Gorgers aggro and have true sight.
Gorgers have different 'colors' of glowing cores. The elemental damage and weakness they deal or have varies based on the core type.
Obtaining the Spell
Minimum Blue Mage Level Needed To Acquire Spell: Level 76 with Magus Jubbah equipped, 79 without.
This spell can be easily soloed.
Are special items are needed? None realy.
Promyvion Dem is where you'll find Gorgers. There are 21 of them scattered over the four levels. There are some high end Empty in all the Promyvion zones, take care to not aggro them. They con T and VT to an 80 and hit very hard.
Fights are as basic as you can get thanks to the mobs low level. User your low damage weapon to beat the spell out of the Gorger. Learn it and be happy, if not, find another to beat upon. Repeat until you learn!
Another 19 Gorgers can be found in Promyvion Vahzl. The walk to it is a bit longer, through the Glacier then PsoXja from the F-7 tower, but at 80 you will have no aggro issues getting here.
The mobs are a bit higher here so they can survive a bit more of a TP feeding beating. A good camp if you feel like the hike.
The same rules for fights and security hold here, as in camp #1.
Special notes about the spell a Blue Mage may like to know
Can I solo it? Yes. You should have no issues.
Do I need any special items? Just your favorite low damage TP feeding weapon. Having a warp item to get home after you learn to save the walk is nice
Do Gorgers like to use the move? They seem to use it as much as the other four moves.
Quadratic Continuum can be paired with Animating Wail, Blazing Bound, or Delta Thrust to create the Dual Wield Trait
