Use a Waypoint to teleport to Frontier Station #2. In the path to the NE of the camp, several Panopts hang out in the path. They aggro and have true hearing so take care in approaching them.
They are easy to solo. Buff up with shadows, stoneskin, and whatever other things you like, then using the Spell Water Bomb pop the little guy from a distance to silence them. This will save you the trouble of dealing with the high level BLM spells they like to cast. Close in, feed TP, and erode the HP of the mob. Mind your health, and hope for the spell. The Flash aspect of it is very strong, so be ready to miss for a bit after being hit by it.
If the Mob does not use the spell, feel free to kill it off, and move on to the next one. They repop fast enough that you'll have a endless supply.
